Ok, so it turns out I am not much a of a meal planner. I tend to enjoy coming up with a meal the morning of or maybe the day before. I seem to plan best when there is a little ciaos. Maybe I am strange or in denial but it seems to be working for me. I do hope to eventually post meals that I have already cooked. I call it Meal Planning in Reverse.
I tend to try and have the ingredients I know I will use for meals our family enjoys and then decide the day of what I want to make. It also helps me to be more creative and create new dishes that I have never tried before.
I hope to be able to share some of my recipes with you soon. 🙂
